Position Summary

The Radiology Tech will operate fluoroscopy and X-ray equipment during interventional procedures and assist with daily clinic workflow. This role is ideal for a tech who enjoys a fast-paced procedural environment, close teamwork with providers, and consistent daytime hours.

Radiology Tech Key Responsibilities:

• Operate C-arm fluoroscopy during image-guided pain procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks, SI joint injections, discograms, and radiofrequency ablations.
• Provide high-quality intra- and post-procedure imaging following provider instructions.
• Position patients safely and effectively for imaging and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized procedure room; assist with setup and breakdown.
• Adhere to sterile technique when working around the procedure field.
• Follow ALARA principles and all radiation safety guidelines.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and checks; notify the appropriate team for service needs.
• Document images and procedure details accurately in the patient’s chart.
• Provide compassionate, clear communication to patients before and during procedures.

Radiology Tech Requirements:

• Current ARRT certification and Oklahoma license
• Experience with fluoroscopy/C-arm operation
• Ability to assist in a sterile procedural environment.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety practices.
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical setting.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pain management, interventional radiology, or surgical imaging.
• CPR/BLS certification

HOURS:

• PRN – Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

PAY:

• $20-$22/hr to start depending on experience and certification level.
