Our staffing recruiters are trained to seek out the most qualified candidates for each open position and set them up as best as possible for a successful interview and job transition. Recruiters develop relationships with our managers so they know exactly what to look for in terms of needed staff members.
Entry-Level Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks such as greeting guests, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Sourcing candidates
- Screening resumes
- Conducting interviews
- Communicating with hiring managers
- Fine-tuning job descriptions and resumes
Entry-Level Recruiter Qualifications:
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes is preferred but not required; we welcome recent graduates, individuals looking to start their career in HR, or those with experience working in a medical facility.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in recruitment and human resources. Strong communication skills
- Must maintain a positive, organized, and professional demeanor
- Can pick up on systems and tasks quickly
- Must have high school diploma or GED
You Will Learn To:
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- MUST be comfortable on the phone engaging with potential candidates to assess their interest in available roles.
- Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- This is a full-time position
Compensation:
- Pay will depend on level of experience and will be discussed in the interview.
