Responsibilities & Qualifications: 

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Perform Authorizations and pre-authorizations for hearing devices
• Must have strong understanding of deductibles and EOBs
• Comfortable communicating with patients regarding insurance coverage and benefits
• Assist with billing
• Resolving any insurance eligibility issues and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized records

Hours: 

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Compensation: 

$17-$21 per hour depending on experience.
