Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Must have ability to assist the physician in a fast paced clinic setting.
• Rooming patients and documents all vital information
• Uploading medical records, imaging and prescription monitoring program reports into the patient’s electronic health record
• Scribing information for the anesthesiologist
• Providing the highest level of customer service and care to our patients

**Behavioral Health – Located in midtown Tulsa, hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p, pay is $24/$25 DOE and would assist with patient care and prefers Family Medicine experience.

**OBGYN & Primary Care- Located South Tulsa, hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p, pay is $24/$25 or DOE, LPN would assist physician with daily flow of patients

**Primary Care– Located in Midtown and also has a location in BA, pay is $24/$25 or DOE, hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p, assist physician with patient care and procedures
