Top candidates will have experience in scheduling procedures, office visits, and insurance knowledge, Incoming and outgoing phone calls. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Experience with multiline phones
• Have knowledge/experience with electronic medical records (EMR’s)
• Hands on experience scheduling appointments
• Handled referrals
• Know how to perform insurance verifications/authorizations
• Great verbal communications/customer service

ONLY those with experience in the medical industry and in a medical facility will be considered…

HOURS: 

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

PAY SCALE:

• Pay: $16-$18 to start depending on experience
