The New Year means a time for reflection. 2022 was such a wild ride for the Swift Staffing Team, what better way to reflect on all the extreme changes and exciting moments than to capture them in a yearbook?

Expanded Services
We spent a good part of 2022 focusing on areas the can help benefit everyone around us. That is why we started building more relationships with the medical tech schools. Our goal is to be able to help bridge the gap for both the students and managers looking for new talent.
We also expanded our staffing efforts by moving into new areas of Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Muskogee, Cleveland, and Fort Smith, AR. There are some great opportunities out there for qualified candidates. We are excited to partner with managers in different areas to help bring in talent that fits best in each specific position.
Lunch & Learn
This year we hosted a few lunch and learns for our managers. This is one of our favorite things to do! We love to get to know everyone on a more personal level while also offering information on areas like Digital Marketing and Advertising, Streamlining Workflow, Time Card Management, and much more! This not only allows us to connect with managers, but it also allows our talented team to get out of their comfort zone and teach on topics in their own perspective specialties.
Team Building
One thing I really wanted to do is make sure I check-in with my team and give them breaks from the daily grind to have some fun. One thing the pandemic taught me as a manager is that burnout is REAL.
Once a month, I took my team on a team building adventure. Sometimes that looked like ice cream and conversation, a birthday celebration or sometimes it was a big event like the Tulsa State Fair. Sometimes it was playing games together in order to build trust and respect. I am a firm believer that you have to build your team up in order to get your best from them. I genuinely care about each one of my employees and do my best to show it with these team building exercises and events.
Superior Screening Solutions
We have had a hard time with the 3rd party background screening companies that we have been working with when it comes to communication and technical support. So this year I decided that I wanted to have more control over the situation, which in turn birthed Superior Screening Solutions. We have worked really hard this year to build this new background screening company and have found it to be a great benefit to our customers as well as other organization and companies looking for a better way.
Our candidates are verified without having to wait and are able to start work immediately. We are really proud of the work that is being done and the strides that have been taken this year to create a better experience for our customers. Looking Forward
2022 was a great year for us. A lot of ups and downs but ultimately we call it a success. Our team has worked hard, built relationships, and had some fun. We are looking forward to what 2023 has to offer both our staff and the amazing people we serve everyday. We have some great things in the works and can’t wait to share them with you.
