Allow Them to Shine
Once identifying, acknowledging, and expressing the potential in your employees. Find tasks or challenges that emphasize the quality or strength they possess and delegate them to each team member. Stand back and allow them to take charge of the task; see if they will rise to the occasion and try to build on the potential they have within them. Give them plenty of guidance and offer to assist them if needed but be sure you give them enough space to do it themselves. This will give them the freedom to grow and learn with a little bit of a safety net if they need one.
