We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a fantastic team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have strong manual therapy skills, experience in an outpatient setting, and a patient-centered approach to care. You will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services and support patient recovery.

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:

• Current and active State PTA License (required)
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques
• Ability to follow treatment plans and provide accurate documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Therapy Assistant Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
• Instruct patients on proper techniques for exercises and home programs
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising Physical Therapist
• Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Support overall clinic flow and patient care needs

HOURS:

• Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm
• Friday 8am-3pm

COMPENSATION:

• $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
