We are currently seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing and supportive healthcare team in Tulsa, OK! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping patients build independence and improve their daily living skills.

Position Overview:
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. This role may include working with pediatric patients—pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation:

• $45 – $60 per hour
• Pay based on experience
