We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. In this vital role, you will provide expert speech therapy services to pediatric patients, supporting their communication, language, and swallowing needs. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric populations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and developmental stage
  • Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote effective communication skills
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and support for patients’ progress
  • Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Educate caregivers and school personnel on strategies to support ongoing speech and language development at home and in educational settings

 

Requirements

  • Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the relevant state or country
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools or early intervention programs
  • Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy relevant to speech production, and medical terminology
  • Experience conducting patient assessments and developing targeted intervention plans
  • Familiarity with early intervention practices and the ability to adapt therapy for different developmental levels
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach toward patient care

 

Hours

  • Monday-Thursday – 8am-5pm
  • Fridays 7:30am-12:00pm

 

Pay

  • $45-$70 per hour, depending on experience
