We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistants to join a fantastic healthcare team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience in either primary care, pediatrics, orthopedics, or internal medicine. Specific specialty experience is not a requirement, however, at least 1 year of active experience in a medical facility is needed to qualify. Certified/Registered MA’s preferred. Medical Assistants Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide medical-surgical support to inpatient units as needed.
• Coordinate patient care activities and follow-up appointments.
• Support the clinic’s administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic environment.

Medical Assistants Qualifications:

• Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential.
• Familiarity with urgent care practices and protocols is a plus.
• Proficiency in medication administration techniques.
• Previous experience in medical-surgical settings is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Monday through Friday

Compensation:
